   Quite Simply,  Fit Life Ignited was created to change the "I can't" to "I CAN"!

My goal is to help you improve your quality of life by improving your overall wellness. I want you to be able to do things you didn't think you could do or complete a task you've struggled with in the past. 

   By using my method, you can strengthen your muscles, improve your flexibility and balance, and increase your endurance. This will help you move better, feel stronger, reduce pain, & help prevent injuries. I have combined my expertise in strength & mobility training with Pilates so you can stronger, more confident, and ready to take on the world!

Coach L is a former professional track athlete, who's specialty was the 100m hurdles. After competing for over 10 years for USA, this University of Houston Alum returned to the college level to give back to the sport that had given her so much. She began her coaching career at the Academy of Art University, where they were 2x NCAA Div 2 Track & Field Champions. Coach L. then coached at West Point (United States Military Academy) where she coached each of her athletes to new personal best and to (of course) beat Navy. She continued her coaching at Altis, coaching some of the world's greatest pro and semi-pro athletes. Coach L. made her way back to Houston and has been working with the Episcopal High School. Amidst all the running and coaching, she continued to increase her knowledge with multiple certifications in Pilates, personal training, and nutrition.

   When she isn't coaching or training, Coach L. is probably out traveling the world; exploring new places; learning about the different cultures. She loves spending time with her family and hanging out with her friends. You can also catch her at various sporting events, on somebody's dance floor, or cuddling up on the couch catching up on her favorite shows. Coach L. loves to stay active and is always ready for new adventures nearby or abroad.
